Nolan grew up on the Kitsap Peninsula with a bike under him and trails on the brain, and now calls Bellevue, Washington home. Duthie Hill, Tiger Mountain, Raging River — he's spent more time in the PNW forests than out of them, and that obsession is exactly what makes riding with him so good. He lives and breathes this stuff, and it shows the moment you hit the trail together.
He started this company because he loves sharing the trails just as much as riding them. Nolan has a rare ability to meet riders exactly where they are — calm with beginners, fired up with riders who want to push — and he'll find the line that makes you stop at the bottom and say "let's do that again."
Jake lives on the Kitsap Peninsula and gravitates toward the steep and committing: punishing climbs, janky technical descents, the kind of lines that demand your full attention. Port Gamble is basically his backyard, and he knows every root, rock, and jump in the mountain bike park.
Beyond his riding, Jake is an exceptional mechanic. Whether it's a mid-ride mechanical or a full build, he knows bikes inside and out — so when something goes sideways on the trail, you're in the best hands possible. On a tour, he brings that same intensity and expertise to the group: direct, encouraging, and genuinely pumped to help riders push past what they thought they could do. If you want to be challenged — technically, physically, or both — Jake's your guy.
